Retirement announcement
After many years in clinical practice, I have retired from operative neurosurgery. This page provides an update for patients, referrers, and colleagues.
A message to patients and referrers
Thank you for the trust you have placed in me over the years. It has been a privilege to care for patients and to work with colleagues.
I have now retired from active surgical practice. For ongoing care, follow‑up, or new neurosurgical concerns, please refer to the continuity arrangements below.
Continuity of care
The practice continues at the same location with the same administrative staff, under the care of my colleagues:

Medical Records & Legal Correspondence
Patient medical records created during my practice will continue to be accessible through the practice, which continues at the same location with the same administrative staff.
Certain records may also be held directly by me as the treating surgeon at the time. Requests will be directed to the appropriate custodian.
Legal correspondence, including subpoenas or statements of claim, addressed to me may be received at the practice and will be forwarded to me promptly.
